Mr. Fisseha Kiros graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Addis Ababa University College of Commerce.
He started working in Ethiopian airlines as customer service agent and worked for 8 years as check-in agent, document verifier,sales agent, baggage tracer, flight dispatcher, load planner, ramp service department shift leader and load control department lead agent
He worked in Gulf Air for 4 years as airport duty manager
He worked in Air China for 6 months as airport operation advisor
He worked in ICAS (International cargo and aviation services) for 2 years as airport duty officer
He also worked as airport representative and agent for international companies like UAS (United aviation services)
.He had established a Trip support & flight Facilitation Company, NOR aviation services, which was his last successful endeavor of aviation career until the Covid 19 pandemic’s onset. The pandemic exposed an inherent challenge in the aviation business and it was his turning point to face a new industry career challenge Then he joined the real estate industry in Ayat real Estate as Sales supervisor and upgrade his career development as Sales Manager and Marketing & Sales department manager in Ayat Diaspora Marketing and Sales Directorate where he specializ digital marketing of the real estate industry.
.In Ethiopian Real Estate industry, he has established, consulted, and efficiently led different real estate marketing and sales departments. .He has made a bold contribution in the establishment of full-fledged digital marketing and sales directorate at Ayat Real Estate by organizing the sales office, training and coaching of sales staffs. He also appeared in Arada radio station,”Yalefkubet” program to share his 20+ work experience in Aviation and Real Estate industries.
